Your Responsibilities as a Software Developer:

  • Development and implementation of software solutions in the areas of AI, web and mobile apps, and software for hardware
  • Collaboration with various departments for development, integration, and optimization
  • Analysis and improvement of existing systems and processes
  • Participation in the entire software development cycle, from requirements analysis to delivery
  • Continuous improvement and implementation of our best practices (code style, Git workflow, documentation, tests)

This Makes You the Perfect Candidate:

  • Completed studies in computer science, software engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Solid knowledge in at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, or similar
  • Basic knowledge in at least one low-level language, e.g., C, C++, Rust, Zig
  • Experience with frameworks and tools in the field of AI/ML (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken

 

Not meeting all requirements? No problem, we are happy to accommodate you if you are willing to do the same. A degree is also not mandatory if you can excel in other areas. You don’t need to be familiar with all areas, and we are happy to consider which tasks excite you when distributing work.
